4a. Applications Of New Language : Preexisting Works

In this section we will apply the new language to preexisting works by the author and by others to demonstrate the functionality of these linguistic building blocks. Let us take a simple example first. This piece, designed in java for the world-wide web demonstrates the simple beauty of interactive physics. A human clicks the mouse and triggers a buffer of wind. The kite, an autonomous entity, reacts in a natural manner as it is modeled using dynamics algorithms.

This small interactive work gives us the following system model:

We see a single human who can communicate with a computer visual. This visual output communicates back to the human. The model is essentially a feedback loop through which the human and the computer visual each modulate their output based on the latest communication from the other.
