This
applet autofocuses on a point that you choose. It selects the image from
a stack by computing a horizontal Power Spectrum Density over a small region.
It picks the image with the highest power in the high frequencies.
Select an image. Click where you
want to focus. Make sure there are vertical edges around to focus on.
